• Full payment is required before production begins.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the agreed timeframe, but delivery times are estimates and may vary.

• Urban Custom Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Customised products are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect due to our error.

• Non-customised items may be returned within 14 days in original condition.

Orders for custom-printed clothing cannot be cancelled once production has started. For non-custom items, you may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.
